I ask all my couples to fill in this questionnaire, just so I've got all the information I need.

It only takes a short while to complete and if you could have it back to me the week before the wedding that would be much appreciated.

Where are you saying 'I Do'? Name and address of venue, time of service. Will there be readings during the service.

What time are you leaving for the service? What time is the wedding ceremony? What time is the drinks reception from to? Are speeches before/after food? Cutting the cake time? First dance time?

Please give the group photo name and who is in each one. If you can nominate someone from the wedding party to help round people up, that is always super helpful
